The party spot was founded in 2020. We are located in Conway Arkansas but travel to most of Central Arkansas. We do our best to ensure you have a great party experience. We work with party planners, decorators, and all types of clients to ensure your event is successful. Browse through our inventory to see what we have to offer. 

 

Want to look in person? Our warehouse is now open by appointment only. Please reach out to see available dates and times.

Please read our rules and regulations before booking with us. 

 

*We do not take last minute bookings. Please book at least two weeks before an event. 

*Your retainer fee is for us to hold your items. If you cancel you do not get that fee back. 

*$50 minimum for rentals that are picked up.

*$100+ MINIMUM FOR ALL DELIVERIES.

(+ Depends on location)

*If we have to pick up your items after 10:30pm, you will be charged extra. 

*Checks from Organizations, Churches, Schools etc, must be paid before the event. We will not do event if it is not paid beforehand. 

*Balances must be paid two days before an event. If it is not sent two days before, we will not have your rentals ready and your retainer will not be returned. 

*There is a $3 fee for all payments through Cashapp and Venmo. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

STARTING JANUARY 1, 2025 WE WILL NOT BE OPEN ON SUNDAYS. IF YOU NEED RENTALS FOR A SUNDAY, THEY WILL NEED TO BE PICKED UP OR DELIVERED ON SATURDAY AND RETURNED ON MONDAY.  WE WILL BE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF RENTALS BOOKED IN 2024.

Q & A

Frequently asked questions

    *Can I pick up the rentals I ordered?                       Yes, most rentals can be picked up. There is a few that cannot since they require us to set them up. (bounce house, marquee numbers, champagne wall etc. )

 

*What is the best day to call and place an order?

Monday-Thursday is the best. We cannot take any rental orders on weekends or answer any questions as we are out delivering orders. 

      *What happens if I pay a  deposit/retainer and my event gets cancelled?                                                     We cannot refund any deposit/ retainer since you booked an item that could have potentially been booked to someone else that could have used it. 

 *Why is there a mininum for delivery?                          We try to make our rentals as affordable as possible, along with the delivery fee, the farther away we are from home (Conway), the less events we can take on. Please remember we do travel to your event to deliver, back to Conway, and then back to your event for pickup, then back to Conway.
